HUH? This simulation shows our moon stationary, revolving, and presenting 360 degrees of it's surface to earth observers ! How the hell is this an improved 3d simulation if it is wrong?
-
We have lift off
-
Cool video. Only a couple of comments:
The moon doesn't rotate around itself. it is stationary. That is why we always see the same face.
Venus rotates clockwise. it is the only planet that doesn't rotate the same direction like the others. All other planets rotate anti-clockwise. -
Hmm... Where are the dwarf planets?
-
:P
-
No Pluto, even though it's dwarf? Jeez dislike
-
Gorgeous video. But I'll never get used to saying that Pluto is not a planet..
-
pluto is not a planet.
-
is dwarf mean is a planet not in solarsystem
-
Where is the dwarf planets
-
were is pluto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
I read the text in 360 p, small view
-
Pluto is a Dwarf Planet, NOT an asteroid.
Planets are defined as large bodies of rock or gas that have "cleaned" up their orbit of asteroids and planetesimals. Pluto is NOT a planet because by definition it has not done this. It resides in position at the back of the solar system called the Kuiper Belt where large chunks of ice are located. -
length of year should be in year not days
-
oh you do.
-
KW do you know Pluto?
-
Neptune is mostly ice and gases.
