Hey guys, I hope this video is helpful to anyone that is about to take their Cosmetology State Board Practical exam. You can either build your own kit or you can purchase a kit from Western States Kit Co. located in Whittier, Ca.The kit is appoximately $125. The kit does NOT include an apron, curling iron, mannequin stand/tripod, nor a mannequin head, but it does include everything else in the video unless mentioned otherwise.
