Use this method only when you have sufficient space on your System storage but Google play store still come up the error. Otherwise you have to transfer the applications (ones that are allowed) to the SD card or Phone USB. The older google play store had a defect that lead to battery drainage. If you watch carefully you'll see that I haven't uninstall the play store but rather uninstall all the updates. Hence, you can always reinstall the updates and can go back where you have started. I have like five downloaded apps but it says I have like no storage I have no pictures and the apps are really small storage apps

Heres a better way
a) Settings > Storage > Phone Storage ( or could be Internal storage, wherever Google Play Services is) > apps > Google Play Services > Click Clear cache > (on the same page) Manage space > Clear all data > Manage search storage > clear now > press back button <- twice and you will end up on Google Play Services - App info page > press Force stop
b) Find Google Settings among applications or under Settings > Google settings > click on menu button on the page > Clear app data
c) Launch Google play store > download desired application -
also, it took like 5 times and it still didn't work! DONT DO THIS IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!
