Narrated by Ed White the first American to leave the safety of his space craft & perform NASAs first EVA. Gemini 4 launched on June 3, 1965 aboard were Mission Commander Jim McDivitt & Co-Pilot Ed White, he mission would be the first multi-day mission in space & NASA's first ever EVA all important proccedures If NASA are to land a man on the moon. Jim McDivitt later flew on an earth orbital mission testing the new Apollo Lunar Module. The Brave Ed White's next mission was sadly the Ill-fated Apollo 1 which ended in tragedy over a fire on th launch Pad. But White had already made his name In history to become the first American to float into the endless void of Space. To be Never Forgotten. I find a few strange things at the time 1:24 you can see the earth goes flat ? fish eye lens? the guys straps is all over the place! No stars and looks like the video is not normal speed at times. you can see at the start of video little clouds in till 3:31 no land masses? I know there over Hawaii, I don't buy the explanation of why there no stars in any pictures taken in space

Starting at the two minute mark 2:00 there is an impossible speed of Earth's rotation. I like how people defender Nasa, by saying " it's real' I watched it on the television. That doesn't mean shit! Any way I am still very unsure about Nasa. But he till I have actual prof , it's just speculation and theories . Go back to the moon :) please

I was in 3rd Grade when Ed White did his historic EVA. I watched and paid close attention to every space launch in the 60's. My mom helped me write Ed White c/o NASA. I had an 8x10 glossy b/w photo autographed by White. I wish I still had it. I remember how sad it was when we lost White with the other two Apollo Astronauts in the horrid Liquid Oxygen Fire onboard Apollo 1. The Soviets walked in space before we did but what White did was still incredible for the time. Now, in 2014 my grandkids hardly know anything about the Shuttle and ISS missions. NASA will never get funding without the support of the people. Most people couldn't name 3 Astronauts or even know which ISS Expedition is ongoing at the moment. The "Space Race" was a glorious time. It was a great time to be a kid!

This is not original footage. It has been cleaned. Notice the lack of stars? I witnessed these on live TV, and saw all kinds of objects (White dots) landing, and leaving orbit. This was not film scratches either. People started asking questions about it. You will never see stars again on NASA live footage. Contrast is turned way up. Not a star in the video.
