Silverlit's sensational new Space Phoenix three channel infrared spaceship represents a significant advance in indoor flying technology, incorporating two powerful horizontal main rotors to provide generous lift, and allow it to take off like a helicopter. A tiny horizontal tail rotor controls forward movement, combined with a pair of vertical thrust deflectors that have been cleverly designed to spin the model in either direction for precise steering. Stable and fun to fly indoors in a reasonable size room, and surprisingly manoeuvrable for such a sophisticated subject, Flying Toys Space Phoenix is remarkably robust made of lightweight flexible foam, and features a flashing red LED strobe light. Suitable for both beginners and experts, steer the model by simply moving the transmitter joy stick left or right, whilst operating the throttle to take off, hover and land. The spaceship incorporates a powerful lithium polymer battery and will fly for up to ten minutes, whilst recharging direct from the transmitter in less than half an hour. The futuristic Space Phoenix is available in a choice of colour schemes on bands A, B or C to allow three different models to be flown together.
