NASA Ames Research Center Director's Colloquium, July 22, 2014. NASA science pushes the boundaries of our knowledge. Our studies of Earth are helping us to better monitor and model our changing climate, while exploring the planets of our solar system and planets around other stars helps to address the question "Are we alone?" NASA's Chief Scientist, Dr. Ellen Stofan, will speak about the Agency's research that is pushing the boundaries of our knowledge concerning Earth, the Solar System, and the universe. The NASA Ames Director's Colloquium Summer Series was presented by the Office of the Chief Scientist as part of the Center's 75th anniversary celebration.

good presentation... well she and NASA knows how this research is to hard to be a reality.... NASA is only the one how can solve the univers mystery. i hope u can solve this puzzle.. the road to mars will be reality in a few years...insya-allah.

At 9:33 minutes Dr. Stofan uses the phrase " TO BE HONEST WITH YOU" .... THIS IS A SURE SIGN SHE IS LYING ABOUT SOMETHING, or at the very least she is being deceptive !!!!!

Lovely woman, too bad she didn´t get to send a boat to a lake on Titan, that would have been sooooo cool! :-)

I reckon if we did find life on Titan or Europa there would be a chance of it being multi-cellular and quite "complicated". Like shrimp. My argument for it would be for people to look at the food chains which bacteria and algae can support. Such as you get at black smokers and elsewhere in the sea. The sun is not even needed in a few cases. I wouldn't expect to find intelligent life (like basic mammals or birds). Nor would it surprise me for it to be single cell, or something like self replicating RNA
