Great Playing -
beauty ! friend !
-
dam definitely gotta get these. i've been in love with these since i heard them on death.
-
And I was worried a single x2n string pull would kill the sustain. Guess not haha.
Nice playing and tone \m/ -
Do you prefer these pickups over the originals? I´m thinking of changing my bridge pickup on my pgm..
-
Wow, man. Great playing.
-
They even look very good like that as well! ..too bad my LP is a ''Black'' Beauty :p
-
So I was thinking about putting 2 x2n pickups into my PGM and I just happened across this video while researching. How about that.
Would you recommend this setup? -
it sound killer :)
-
neck at 01:01, came back to bridge at 01:54.
-
Dimarzio recommends the X2n for bridge only. Do you hear much difference when switching to the neck? I can't really tell from the video.
-
Great playing. I have a Yamaha superstrat and I came looking for vids to see if it would be too bright in my guitar. Your bridge tone sounds perfect to me, so I think i'll go with it! is the X2N in the neck wired in series? seems like an odd choice for a neck pickup, most guitarists wouldn't want something half that hot and middy
-
thanks !!
-
Dude , You are an awesome player,
-
thank you so much !!
-
Damn dude you can melt some faces! So jealous of your talent keep it up!
-
it is, the X2N is by far my fav hummbucker pick up.
-
alright, i did mention vigier since i believe he is the first one who dared putting an x2n in the neck and also in the bridge. i was kinda puzzled since the x2n is a high output humbucker, but i believe vigier realized many moons ago that using a x2n as a neck pickup is a hell of a good choice ))
-
yes ! Vigier are great guitar, but i prefer Stratocaster or Ibanez RG and JS. :)
-
if im not mistaken a french luthier did the x2n combo(neck&birdge) a while back!!! let me find the name...yeah, it's Vigier!! the Vigier Marilyn
