Defining Gravity: Crash Course Kids #4.1
About | Information | History | Online | Facts | Discovery
So, if gravity pulls everything down, then why don't things on the bottom of the Earth get pulled down into space? In this episode of Crash Course Kids, Sabrina talks about gravity and explains that when we talk about gravity pulling things down, what we really mean is gravity is pulling things TOWARD the Earth. Really, it's all about attraction. This first series is based on 5th grade science. We're super excited and hope you enjoy Crash Course Kids! ///Standards Used in This Video/// 5-PS2-1. Support an argument that the gravitational force exerted by Earth on objects is directed down. [Clarification Statement: “Down” is a local description of the direction that points toward the center of the spherical Earth.] [Assessment Boundary: Assessment does not include mathematical representation of gravitational force.] Want to find Crash Course elsewhere on the internet? She said without gravity we would float away which is very much untrue because there's no other force above us to pull us up and away from earth's weak electronic connection's . Everyone and everything has an electronic connection to the earth more so depending on our actual body weight ounces and pound's. It's impossible to live in a world being pulled on 24/7 by some gravity , rather it's electronic connection's from body to earth. reality is our actual body Weight coupled with earth's connection's gives us a wonderful level of Moto skill's which is freedom of motion independent of the mythical gravity visit YOUTUBE SUNLIGHT ELECTRO RAY'S visible showing planetary orbit's powered by sunlight energy not gravity. lol

Hey Sabrina, there is one thing that's round, but goes up. Guessed it, yup. A balloon. A balloon goes up. that's cause of helium and everything, but wouldnt that just make it (the balloon heavier)? please make a video or right back to me why this happens.
Thanks! -
Here glasses are funny

I thank you for teaching me and all of the people who watched this about gravity!!!!

thank you

Nice brainwashing propoganda. how about the density of objects drops because they are hevier than air. Gravity is BS! it's a false label backed up by unprovable theorys hammered into unsuspecting children's minds.

@ssjcomics gravity, electromagnetism, strong/weak nuclear force. Gravity isn't magnetism, it is mass in space

That is not gravity! That is the illusion of gravity, stop feeding into this misnomer please. The earth is in orbit (free fall, the same orbit astronauts are in) around the sun and we are on it and the earth spins. These combined with conservation of angular momentum and Einstein gravity, we learn that gravity doesnt "pull" anything: It attracts. More so, what causes object to "fall" isnt gravity, it is the earth's movement around the sun catching up to the object there for it isnt the object that falls to the ground, it is the earth's massive size and our perspective that delude us: The earth catches up to the object
