BLACKMORE IS ONE OF THE GREATS WITH HIS ROLE WITH THIS LEGENDARY GROUP BUT WAS DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH, JUST ASK IAN GILLIAN, FROM WHAT I HAVE READ THOSE 2 DIDNT LIKE EACH OTHER VERY MUCH, BUT HOPEFULLY ALMOST 50 YRS OF KNOWING EACH OTHER HOPEFULLY THEY BURIED THERE DIFFERENCES AND ARE CIVIL WITH EACH OTHER, THIS GROUP IS A PART OF HISTORY THAT CANNOT BE DENIED...........................................................................................
-
GILLIAN REALLY LOOKED TO BE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION AND IN GOOD TONE WITH HIS VOICE CONSIDERING ALL THE PARTYING HE HAD DONE OVER THE YRS, I CAN STILL FEEL A HOSTILITY BETWEEN HIM AND RITCHIE BLACMORE WHO HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING ALONG WITH ANYONE AND IT SHOWS THAT GILLIAN AND ROGER GLOVER WERE HAND IN HAND WITH EACH OTHER ON THIS TOUR AND RIGHTFULLY SO

balckmores tone went shit in this era but hes a genius

I love Blackmore to death, but during the 80s..... Not what I would define as "highly impressive" ;-)
