Cultura Latina – Argentine Gastronomy and Historical Peruvian Art

Today our host Mauricio Izquierdo takes us first to Buenos Aires to visit the Raiz food festival, which promotes the country’s gastronomy and food customs and even features cooking lessons. Here, local independent producers offer meats, pizzas, and pastries, as well as Bolivian peanut soup, Peruvian ceviche and Venezuelan arepas. Then it’s on to Lima, for a look at historical Peruvian art.
