2. Amidst all the weird and the wonderful..haha
3. Even though the japanese is obviously more influential, I still like the simplicity and authenticity of korean kimchi, abalone, fermented beans and ginseng.
4. I have to say this: lamb from my homeland and bulgogi from it's next door neighbor are tops on my list followed closely by real Ramen. I have such a soft spot for Ramen.
