Local paper reported 911 calls for a loud explosion up to 75 miles away. This sonic boom seemed louder than the first. Congratulations SpaceX for a perfect mission. The plumes of glowing gases at high altitude look mesmerizing. Also if I didn't know any better, I'd think that sonic boom was the rocket exploding on impact at first.

I could be wrong, but I think the first landing was a 1 engine burn and this one was probably a 3 engine landing burn. So the Sonic Boom might be different, louder because it's plowing a bigger hole in the air.
