@wavyinfinity quoting from Wikipedia "The asteroid belt formed from the primordial solar nebula as a group of planetesimals, the smaller precursors of the planets, which in turn formed protoplanets. Between Mars and Jupiter, however, gravitational perturbations from the giant planet imbued the protoplanets with too much orbital energy for them to accrete into a planet."

Okay, if gravity pulled "rocks" together, why is there still an asteroid belt? Even after the first billions of years that the Earth formed?

@doowop62 Oh, they know how *human* life developed on Earth. The only part they're unsure about is the origin of the first, early life. Once you have any kind of life then mutation and natural selection takes care of the rest. The original spark of life is, however, a slightly contested subject that we are getting closer and closer to solving.

Evolutionist would have you believe their opinions are facts when they admit they don't know how human life formed on the earth. Opinions are as worthless as cow dung. They are still doting on the primortal soup theory, which is another opinion. Why the educated thinks there opinions are facts is the mystery. Opinions are a long way from science fact. Dave PS: This is not disparagement, only facts state in this comment. It is an interesting post but cannot be proven to be truthful.
