Its strange that you don't get your kit until you get 300 hours, I go to Regency. We got ours immediately! We start practice on mannequins right away at my school. And we are supplied towels, products, soap, hand sanitizer, etc all at the actual school. And I know state to state regulations are different, but my state requires the salon (or school in this case) to have a first aid kit and blood and waste contamination kit, but not each individual stylist or student. Just thought it was interesting the difference between schools.
Also for other people watching this video LABEL YOUR STUFF! Either with a P-Touch label maker or a metallic sharpie. You get identical tools as all the other students and YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SHIT SO PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PUT YOUR INITIALS ON IT! Also, at least for my state, you have to have a "sanatized" bin(s) and an "unsantized" bin(s) and THEY MUST BE LABELED. So please, listen to your instructors when they tell you what rules you need to follow, you will need to know it for the state board, and also when you go out into the real world, cause not following the rules can you get you up to 50,000 in fines and even shut down or fired. -
can you make another one?
