7. Then know things. The saying is cliche for a reason. And, as far as I know it, we do not have AN Y answers, we have technology that make our lives more advanced than the lives of our past, but no answers as to what the hell is going on. And why search? What if the answer to life gets figured out - will it be worth living once we find that out? We can have our own philosophies on how to live life, but mine, is, to be happy, and not harm others; it's as simple as that.
8. "Ignorance TRULY is a bliss" - yes, maybe so, but what if I actually want to know things? Isn't living in a world not spending life searching for answers, sort of the same thing as living on a lie?
9. It just doesn't make sense to have so much space just to be filled with... nothing. There must be more. A lot. You can just let your imagination fly...

12. i didn't say technology was making are population expand. im just saying satisfaction dosent last for ever because you see us always changing in technology. were stuck in this habit of change. what we need todo is change things for the sake of good. (exmple we moved from fossil fuels to clean and efficient gas for some cars.) we have over a billion people on this planet and we cant feed,water and look after all of them because things here on earth a finite.
13. Technology isn't what is making populations expand. Technologically advanced nations have low or not population growth (apart from immigration). It's less advanced ones where people still have a lot of children. And technology helps us cope better - have better farming and food distribution methods, more efficient town planning and building, education and communication etc. If you hate technology what are you doing on the internet? Making things more advanced is what humans have always done.

15. well your right about something ignorance sure is bliss alright but we have a bad behaviour of thinking that every thing is arse to take just because of are exictance and power we think we have. we are only realising now that we need to slow down.

17. Actually, what we are doing, in the present, is what is SUPPOSED to be happening. We are not this separate entity from everything; we are apart of it, all working together as one, and whatever happens, happens - Well, that's my philosophy. Who is to say one of us is right or wrong? But the main thing is, is to live life in complete and ignorant happiness. Ignorance TRULY is bliss, just go with the flow and do what makes you happy.

19. your absalutely right. we need to be greatful for the things we have, we have 2 stop changing are technology and making things more and more advanced than they were, the earth is gonna get destroyed in a few decades if we dont stop growing in numbers,take and consume more than we need. i think we would better living simple and small.
