Dallas Green, you're amazing <3
-
That last tone....so fucking amazing. Although I think this is the only song by him I prefer the album version rather than the live "just" acoustic one! Cheers and thank you so much for the upload!
-
I get to see him live in 2 months and I might just cry a little bit.
-
It's his new signature custom from Martin.
-
dallas absolutely owns the Am and Cmaj (variations) chords. he uses them a lot, but really makes each song extremely unique
-
Color can be spelled both ways and still be right. And that's correct, he is Canadian, they spell certain words different
-
Absolutely brilliant - very few songs immediately resonate with me, and as soon as I heard this song playing I fell deeply in love with it and have listened to it every day since. That's the power of great music.

He's also not 25 anymore, and the human voice changes over time. I surmise he's adapting to that, and also growing further into the style he's had in mind regarding this "side-project-turned-main-project". While I think at times he's marginally stepped away from the road he started on, I don't hate on his inherent talent. I doubt he's driving an SL500 and blowing his nose with 100 dollar bills, btw. Vapid or hollow you say, but there's no one else that sounds like him. Instantly recognizable.

-
Sorry - All of the US (not America) has misspelled Colour.
-
I've listen to Dallas for a long time and this has to be my favorite song of his

There is an elephant in the back room

I know this song sounds bleak and somber, but to some people (me) it has a lot of personal meaning, and this is my favorite song of Dallas'

You disgust me... Go back to murica

i disagree, I think little hell was muchmoer personal and had more to it than bring me your love........I will agree that his new cd will be hard to compete with the last three, and I found he tried to take on an "old man" neil young sound to this whole cd..........I still enjoyed it, but sometimes and little hell still hold me better
