The Epistle to the Hebrews in the New Testament is dated no later then the foundational Apostolic age of 68AD. The reference to Timothy in Hebrews 13:23 and the witer's reference to his imprisonment bonds in chapter 10 verse 34, and his yet to be released from Italy (13:24); put it's authorship in the chronology of the Bible's Acts of the Apostles and Pauline authorship. The factual dating above and the introduction of the first chapter's theme, make it one of the irrefutable earliest declaration against Gnostic cosmology and cosmogony. Moreover the Epistle to the Hebrews chapter 1 also refutes the Gnostic "Jesus wife" slander theory not only by it's dating, but in it's declaration that Christ is creator, and only intercessor between man and the right hand of God the Father. The Gnostic slander against Christ, that He was carnally married to a woman is the unbelieving contradistinguished evil fruit of those who hate all of Christ words transmitted to His holy Apostles. Gnostic's would love to see Christ carnally married to Mary Magdalena, since that would allow them to see the Gospel as a human invention. They are under sinners conviction of the Holy Spirit, over their own personal sin fruit, that the true and living Christ speaks against them in the Gospel's pure thesis. Outline points. A. Etymology of the word cosmos - from Greek kosmos "order, good order, orderly arrangement," B. Hebrews 1:1-14 (1) God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, (2) Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; (3) Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; (4) Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. (5) For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? (6) And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. (7) And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. (8) But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. (9) Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. (10) And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: (11) They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; (12) And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail. (13) But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? (14) Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation? Hebrews 2:1-3 (1) Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip. (2) For if the word spoken by angels was stedfast, and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompence of reward; (3) How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; Extra Tags: Higgs Boson news media Gnosticism polytheism science natural rudiments God Glory Lord Jesus Christ CERN Particle Physics Atheism Masonic Agnostic July Atlas evolution discovery Holy Bible Eternal Godhead universe space fire gods nuclear sun Peace fruit of the Spirit works of the flesh lepton quarks neutrino tau mass energy electron neutron proton gluons wages of sin death Darwin Erasmus Brave New World Huxley Bertrand Russell creation dualism Galaxies Astrophysics Space satellite telescope NASA Mars rover curiosity Mormonism Foxnews revelation prophets resurrection from dead blood atonement wisdom of God second coming string theory doctrines of Grace living faith justification fallen angels demons Antichrist Mystery Babylon environmentalism Hollywood Mitt Romney election movies buddhism hinduism zoroastrianism original sin naturalism fire rudiments The Age of Reason Age of Enlightenment Masonic Darwinism Scientism Nag Hammadi Egypt Gnostic Theosophy Blavatsky New Age Philosophy Religion rationalism Creation Creator Law of Faith mystery religion Mayan calender dualistic monism pagan Anitchrist 666 mark of the Beast Mithra Clement Irenaeus Against Heresies Justin Martyr Ignatius Tatian greeks Tertullian common law pharmakeia constitution Hegelian Christmas Dialectic Beast Catholic Vatican system
