Professor Brian Schmidt describes his passion for astronomy and and gives his own views on science as a career path. He is based at the Australian National University, Canberra - one of the six nodes of CAASTRO, the ARC Centre of Excellence for All-sky Astrophysics. He won the 2011 Nobel Prize in Physics for his discovery that the Universe is expanding at an ever-increasing rate. I wanna be an astronomer so bad but I did an electronics engineering degree more tailored to job security in factory commercial industrial line.

im 18 now and i still dont know what to do. So many possibilities, I d love to study Astronomy, History, Math, Sience in general but on the other hand im scared to fail, what about money?
