I am soooo doin this! Thanks!
-
These look great, my question is about how many BTUs does it put out?
-
The net amount of heat given off by a candle doesn't change by putting a flower pot on top of it. You will warm a room the same amount with just a simple candle.
-
i think one flower pot will radiate more heat give it a try
-
built one works takes time to get heated, once hot the room warms up nicely , beats paying 100 dollars for a ton of wood which lasts a week,

Great video. Thanks.
-
Excellent presentation. Thank you.

I made one yesterday - super easy. I already had a "no vent" gel fireplace in one of my rooms, so I just pulled the grate out of that to hold both the candle and the pot. I put it on a piece of tile (for safety). It's going to be excellent emergency heat for the bedroom if the power goes out.
-
What martial art wepons do I see on your wall?
-
Not safe to me but would be good in a emergency if the power went out so you could help heat the house a little.
-
it heat only my hand, i try it all night not so much to heat a room at all..
-
I need to get supplies for this. Our only heat is a pellet stove which requires electricity; if we get an ice storm that knocks out power, we are icicles.

IT work's,,,,,ARMY training
-
you are so amazing :) great job
-
Why two pots & where does the smoke go from the candles? Does it produce carbon monoxide?
-
you could make a living out of selling them and decorate the outside of the pots all sorts of nice colours
-
That's really cool. Has a cool aesthetic look to it too.
-
Excellent!! Amazing idea!
-
get a wood burner and all the wood is free, my wood burner is 10kw, heats my house and water, I don't need candles, all depends on what you need
-
This might be nice in a tent while winter camping :)
