"Exploration is about seeing things with your own eyes." -Captain Janeway
These engineers have known about Newton's theory of gravitation for most of their lives but you can see the sheer delight in their faces when they get to see what they've always known to be true, through reason and mathematics, with their own eyes and probably for the first time. -
Has this experiment been done by RELEASING both objects WITHOUT strings attached?
-
how are you like 21 but have gray hair

science is beautiful Galileo was one of the if not the greatest scientist of all time
-
So how does it work underwater or out in space?
-
This is how they faked the moon landing 😂😂😂

This experiment is completely fraudulent. You have proved nothing. For one, it is impossible for you to pump out every drop of air from that tank. Two, it is impossible for you to remove particle mass. The tank has the SAME conditions as earth, just turned way down.
If you drop two similar balls from human height they will land together, even with air resistance. If you drop the same balls from a couple hundred meters up, they will not. We have proved this on earth.
Human height:

If you had dropped the ball from a greater height, say your tank was a km high, or even a mile, I guarantee the heavier ball would have landed first. To say your experiment is a miracle that they land at the same time in your chamber is false, and misleading.
Space is not a perfect vacuum. Objects in space must follow the same principals on earth, thus, even in space, will gain the acceleration as we see here on earth. This is due to particles being present, with other forces, which refute most of this garbage.
Stop the scams, and let us get some real science. -

Put a suited up astronaut in there and turn it on.

CE340 anyone?

Do it again! I want to see feathers fall without slow motion effect!
-
This is one of the BEST videos which show how air resistance messes with gravity. Usually, on Earth, gravity pulls on you at 9.81m/s^2 in the downward direction. HOWEVER, if there is air resistance, it pushes back up, and you end up slowing down, and eventually moving down with constant velocity (equilibrium). The feather and ball have different amounts of air resistance. You take the air resistance away, and both of them fall at the exact same rate, 9.81m/s^2 down.
-
That's so cool how things fall at slower speeds in a vacuum.
-
if they all have same speed why is that the hair of the feathers raising up, dont tell me the ball and the feather have same speed while the hair of the feather has different
-
It is because the air resistance on feather is high
-
wow...////@

Can someone please explain the following:
1- I thought the objects would not fall down as there was no Gravity, some people do they that there is gravity, so in order to simulate a Non gravity scenario one needs to leave the atmosphere ?
