See http://www.instagram.com/hornlinefanatic for additional footage this summer! Blue Devils hornline 2014 Space Chords warmup at DCI semi-finals, Indianapolis, IN, August 8, 2014. Stay tuned for Blue Devils 2015 DCI Finals warmup! Not a binaural recording, but hard not to capture somewhat of a 3D stereo sound, being surrounded by brass players! No ASMR here, but chills are likely. Also, see Blue Devils International Corps (BDI) performing with Top Secret Drum Corps at the 2015 Basel Tattoo: https://youtu.be/lDd8NgUQ0qk

Not much can make me nerd out about band to my non band friends but this never fails to make me fan girl over drum corps
-
How could someone not like that. Chills every time.
-
Space chords is my favorite warm up besides chorales (if I spelled that right) :)

WoW!! This knocked me out of my chair!

THANKS HornlineFanatic, very nicely done! As a member of '80 Spirit, I especially appreciate the "Ott Street," sign. That did not go unnoticed, nice and deserved touch. Jim set a standard in Concord and Atlanta. A very high standard. With all due respect to the corps I competed against, and they are due much, our hornline being able to compete with BD meant we were doing something right. I do love me some Blue Devils!

I gotta remind myself to get to their warmup next year
-
What's the ditty the trumpet player is playing? Really like it and want to learn it.
-
every rehearsal we do this warm up and multiple other blue devils warm ups because on of our instructors was in blue devils, 2 were in the Cadets and one is currently in the bluecoats

I'm sure John's dad (Jack) is super proud of what "Space Music" has become. We played with it back in the 80s when I marched with John under the instruction of Wayne and Jack. Jack had such a passion for making our noise resonate. John has carried it to an incredible level. Excellent work, my friend...!!!

I go through about 15 different emotions every damn time! And every single time, I get watery-eyed and short of breath the last 20 seconds. GAH!
-
I've never been so satisfied in my life
-
This is my JH/HS band warmup
-
Wow! That guy can absolutely scream on the trumpet. Can barely hear it, though it sounds like a double C...
-
Makes the hair on my arms go crazy. Just saying. :)
