I learned this by ear, because I always thought it sounded Kinda cool. This is on a Casio CTK-720 MIDI Keyboard on setting #054 (slow strings). The chords are Bb9 Eb9 Fm7 Gbmaj7 Ab Gb Ab (space) Ab D Ab D Fsus4 F Bb/F (Bb open 5th).
