Websters defines the universe as all things and phenomena both real and postulated. By either definition phenomena (observable facts) are part of the universe therefore cannot exist prior to the universe.

I think you mean miserable and utter failure of logic, as that's what the KCA is. The universe is defined as 'all things and phenomena both real and postulated' so by definition causality could not have preceded the universe. The KCA is therefore nothing but taxicabbing.
