This is a 6 volt battery bank wired in series for 12 volt and wired in parallel to up the amp hours. Wired with 2/0 cable. Description and info. This is how I wire my battery banks. Trojan T-105 RE batteries.

If you wired it up as 36V you could use much smaller cables. 12V is not ideal. Even better would be to get 2 more of those same batteries and use a 48V sine wave output UPS like I have. Then they are just simple series connections and you can get rid of those parallel connections. Another disadvantage of this setup is how can you charge a 12V 675Ah bank? Most changers will not handle that. You would need a high amperage charger or you would have to undo the parallel connections and charge then with 2 or 3 chargers. So how do you charge them?

Why are not your connecting leads (nearly) exactly the same length? Might be a mistake even though you are using nice heavy leads.
