Matter is opposed motion simulating rest and balance now through violent motion. The locational spherical inward absorption and outward emission of electromagnetic waves is forming all the forces of nature, antimatter matter annihilation forming + and - electric charge and EM-fields and the flow of time. Thus the limited range of Spherical Inward and outward waves and Doppler causes a redshift. Redshift with distance a consequence of less energy exchange, less EM-wave interactions with distance!

Partly by working out how fast galaxies are moving away from each other and running that backwards to work out when they were all in the same place; also by calculating the age of the oldest stars to set an upper limit for the age of the Universe, and trying to work out the distance to the Cosmic Background Radiation (light from when atoms first formed) and therefore how much time it's been travelling for. There are other methods too!

OK. How this figure 13.7 billion is arrived at !
-
No do not get it wrong my friend, what is there is tiny fractions of a seconds, 10^ (-43) seconds, that negative sign sould be there to show fractions of one second ! yest the curretnt age of Universe is calculated to be 13.7 Billion years !
-
What I meant was this. 10^17 secs comes to more than one billion year 10^22 secs comes to more than one trillion year Yet Big Bang states that after Big Bang, the time was 10^-43 secs. Yet BBT states that the Age of the Universe is 13.7 billion years ! Pls clarify.
-
good point, thankyou but 10^43 of seconds is a tiny fractions of a seconds !! remember that !
-
One doubt. Before Big Bang t = 0 secs and after Big Bang t = 10^-43 secs. But Astronomy says the Universe is 13.7 billion years old. Will not 10^-43 secs be more than trillions ? 10^17 is billion and 10^22 is trillion !

you welcome !

great.

Who made this video? Does anyone know?

@finlarg Thanx friend for the constructive comment. As you know Cosmology is always refined by new datas and discoveries, so these figures are mostly approximate and not exact numbers..currently the age of the Universe thought as 13.7 Billion years, but who knows this figure might change in the light of even newer datas and newer thories may change our perspective to an entirly different direction..it is a whole new Universe!

Excellent stuff! I shall be referring back to this, thanks for putting this together and posting. I was wondering... I remember hearing that we have seen 13 billion year old galaxies, but in the video it says galaxies didn't form until the universe was 2 billion years old, which means we shouldn't see any older than 11.7 billion. Any suggestions or ideas about this?
