Nothing against Mr. King, but couldn't BOC have picked someone with a bit more 'presence', like James Earl Jones?

My fave BÖC track. :)

The actual vinyl sounds much better and more alive than digital!

Not sure on the speed. I think my turntable is tuned. It was new when i digitized this from vinyl. About the vinyl, it is a uk release, and check this out, a 12" 45rpm!

Clay3613; This is the studio version, but it sounds like it has been slightly sped up -- perhaps a transfer issue between the original digital recording and somebody's copy? All I know for sure is that I've been looking for this version for a long time and I'm really glad to have finally found it, as a die hard Blue Oyster Cult AND Stephen King fan!

The mix seems really aggressive with the bass parts, did the original vinyl sound like that or only for this version?
