46:20 "How many times can you contain an explosion in a titanium/aluminum tube and still use it?" SpaceX claims 50! They're building with cost as a primary goal. Shuttle was designed with other goals in mind. We've learned a lot of lessons since the 80s, and Falcon is a much simpler vehicle than Shuttle. It's a goal that's lofty but quite possibly attainable.
