I am focusing on Planetary Magick as one of my main practices, Do you have any other info or videos that relate to the topic and could help explain more?

Your comment at 6:48 has become my personal interest and natural inclination for harnessing "grand energies." Do you have any recommended reading for Astronomical focuses? Thank you for the video and for taking the time to share with us!

i have oppositions and conjuncts natal, and transits to those energize me, i love the people that they bring in to my life. I consider them the most important aspect or at least the most powerful. From what i read so far, about Wicca, the conjunct and oppositions of the moon and sun are most highly regarded for rituals and spells for the Goddess and Horned God.

I don't know much of astrology stuff, but I'll give a try to collect and play with energy. :D good homework, oh I checked out your website.

I've been thinking about this video since I watched it a few days ago. I think I pay much more attention to astronomical magic rather than astrological magic, as astrological magic overwhelms me. I like what you said about not just acknowledging the astronomical body, but really focusing on "feeling" it. I for one, definitely get more caught up in it being there and feeling its presence rather than acknowledging the reciprocal energy of the astronomical event. That said, I've also gotten overwhelmed that I don't feeling that energy they way I think that I'm supposed to feel it (ie, the lunar eclipse/blood moon, I can't honestly say I felt anything extraordinary, it was just incredible to behold...not sure what that is about, but you know, the wonder of it's existence was enough for me).
Great video :) -
Is it bad that I still get confused when dealing with astrology. lol. It is not my strong point.

holy cow i havent seen your face in some time apparently lol! lookin really good and a 180 in looks :) thumbs up, hope your settling in well in the new place.

I like to mix my western zodiac with my Chinese zodiac for a clearer picture. My chart is deficient in water signs when you only look at western astrology, but I was born before the Chinese New Year in 83 making it technically 82 so I was born in the year of the water dog. It evens things out nicely and and fits me pretty well. It is all a bit like putting together a puzzle. It can be a lot of fun when you find the pieces that fit.

thank you for bringing up the fact that everything on earth and in the universe has energy...I think we forget that sometimes and focus so much on ourselves and miss some really pertinent energy flow.

Personally I think tropical astrology is more accurate for chart work and transits despite the precession of the equinoxes. I've been studying astrology for most of my life and although I do observe and am aware of both tropical and sidereal astrology, as an astrologer I tend to use tropical. I do see your point about using the energies that are astronomically in the sky though, so I may think about working with it for spell work :)
