I guess Apollo 9 did seem anti-climatic after Apollo 8 going into lunar orbit and returning to Earth.I was still interested in it as it was still something that had to be done to go to the moon and that was how to leave the lunar surface and dock with the command module. What's the point in going to the moon if you can't get back?

It's a good thing they didn't have to go with this plan or else NASA would most likely have been completely shut down and we wouldn't have gotten to the moon.

As a newcomer to this channel, does anybody else think the host of this show bears a striking resemblance to Mia Sara in Ferris Bueller's Day Off?
