(Almost) Every SpaceX Landing, In Order
About | Information | History | Online | Facts | Discovery
This is a video of every SpaceX landing or landing attempt of which a video was taken. I tried to edit it down as much as possible but it still ended up pretty long, mainly due to including Grasshopper and F9R flights (I didn't feel I could use the word "every" if I didn't). I made this because I couldn't find any such compilations on Youtube. Most videos are from SpaceX's Youtube Channel. Thanks for watching and thanks to SpaceX for all the excitement. Here is the full list of all launches that I used as my notes while putting this together: 1. 9-21-2012 Grasshopper Hop 2. 11-01-2012 Grasshopper 2 story 3. 12-17-2012 Grasshopper 12 story 4. 03-07-2013 Grasshopper 24 story 5. 04-17-2012 Grasshopper 250m 6. 06-14-2013 Grasshopper 325m Full Precision Sensor Suite 7. 08-13-2013 Grasshopper 250m, 100m Lateral Divert 8x. 09-29-2013 Falcon 9 Cassiope, Failure, Aerodynamically unstable, video of reentry burn here: https://youtu.be/RtDbDMRG3q8?t=128 9. 10-07-2013 Grasshopper 744m Final Flight 10. 04-17-2014 Falcon 9R 250m 11x. 04-18-2014 Falcon 9 CRS-3 Ocean Landing, Link to vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CjZ33C9JZTM 12. 05-01-2014 Falcon 9R 1000m 13. 06-17-2014 Falcon 9R 1000m Grid Fins 14. 07-14-2014 Falcon 9 Orbcomm-1 Ocean Landing 15x. 08-01-2014 Falcon 9R ??? So what are the filming it with. Can't be a drone, it's to perfect. This is totally CGI. I love how they added the cows. Oh you silly sheeple.
-
For all the morons who argue that Space X is NOT a part of NASA...please explain why then display the official NASA logo when filming a Space X rocket leaving a NASA base, launch pad 39 to deliver NASA equipment to an official NASA/ESA international space station, while under contract with NASA for up to $1.6 Billion?! Space-X is essentially NASA Jr. In other words both are Frauds and stealing our tax dollars, ones just been around longer than the other. Different owners Same scam.

7:14 the cows :-D

Why on the sea platform is the legend "Of course I still love you"?

PHWAAHAAAHAAAAA! Who the hell is buying this? Serious CGI graphics with impossible stability flight control and balance dynamics, hahaaaaaa. Pathetic. The heat generated during landing without any cooling systems, the Cattle was a nice touch though at 17:35, they seem at ease with what the noise should be. No invites or live gallery viewing to the public. Serious? Wake up people and draw a line on what is fed to us and what you swallow.

how many failed rockets?
-
at 0:54 you see the lamest space man ever
he gives up on his dream of going to the moon only moments after getting off the launch pad -
What are these things burning such that they emit no smoke? Why is there so much smoke at liftoff and landing but not when aloft; is the launch/landing pad that filthy? Why do the Xmas tree stands emit smoke?

Wow!
Hey Yellow Dart, Don't stress over trying to protect peoples fragile minds from being corrupted by flat-earth believers. People will make up their own minds, that is the beauty of a free internet, unlike controlled mainstream television. They are adults, they can handle it. Even if they are children, they will get a lesson on the First Amendment. I am not a follower, but the flat-earth theory is creative, interesting stuff. I don't have one bit of hatred towards them, actually, I am grateful for them; intellectual debate is healthy and it has the added perk of helping you develop patience and to control your anger towards people with undesirable viewpoints differing from your own. -
The guy over at Russianvids quite rightly pointed out that a rocket plume (flame) would not produce a shadow (4:00>) and the water tower's shadow is not parallel to the rocket's. I wonder why that might be?

I remember the first time I saw the Grasshopper take off and land. It was in my Youtube recommendation list. I was like "Woah what's this? Who are these guys? They made a rocket do that?! Holy shit! :D"
