saying "aliens are never the answer" is absurdly presumptuous at this point, when SETI hasn't studied even 1% of the galaxy.
Any study of intelligence requires multiple working hypothesis. Like a crime scene, natural explanations and the "alien hypothesis" can both be put on the table and investigated side by side. Multiple working hypothesis! What's wrong with it? seems like you're kind of blowing steam here. -
Seems kind of ridiculous to site examples of researchers testing the Extraterrestrial Intelligence hypothesis as examples of how the extraterrestrial intelligence hypothesis "can't be tested".

whats your opinion concerning Astronaut Edgar Mitchell and his admission that ufology is correct in most of it's presumptions and extrapolations? An actual spaceman, if I might add.

====>I am rather fascinated by the way Paul Sutter presents himself when lecturing. The camera lens shows Paul's hands in an optical illusion as becoming larger when he uses them to express and illustrate certain points of what he is saying. I cannot name the type of lens that creates this distortion, however this special effect creates interest. The background screen uses an attractive brushstroke mainly a muted blue background with white used as a centering crown where Paul stands in front of. Background lighting highlights Paul as he speaks. A change of clothing such as a dark pullover presents the visual as dramatically appealing to the viewer's eye. Knowledge of the subject matter and how it is presented in Paul's opinion, is acted out by his individuality in the guise of self confidence in front of the camera. <====

Non-extraterrestrial mythological naturalism. 😁
-
sometimes people says it is god too, or magic xD
-
how come does the history channel try to push aliens as the answers for early life on earth?
-
what did you study?
-
Bleep bleep bloop!
-
Wibble Wobble Timey Wimey stuff
-
does everything that happens has a probability of not happening?
-
So I know SETI does rake in a lot of the ALF money from folks and does discover astronomical radio observations, but if the money didn't go away, would you rather see SETI gone rather than even attempt to cover that possibility?

Could you make an episode about time and space inside black holes? From what my untrained brain has come to understand, since gravity bends space and time, the inside of a black hole does this in such an extreme way that time and space switch places with one another. This is why an infinite amount of matter is able to fit inside of a black hole, while time stops. This is because outside of the black hole, time is infinite while space is not. This whole concept really is mind-boggling and I'm not entirely sure I'm understanding this correctly. To me, it seems like a very interesting topic, even if I'm not quite grasping it.

How about renaming Fast Radio Bursts as Fast Radio Signal Bursts to convert Furbies into Frisbees...? (y'know, flying discs.... too obscure? Oh never mind.)
-
I think you made it pretty simple...but its not. Did you watched movie "Contact" ? If you receive signal like that you just can't say that its not alien...
-
What about a doowop doowop badabing?
-
You did name bleeps, bloops and wibble wobble.
-
Would "bleeps" in a prime number or fibonnacci sequence be enough to convince?
