I decided to make my own version of a universe zoom out with Space Engine - a free space simulation program that lets you explore the universe in three dimensions. There are some 'lag spikes' in the video, but shouldn't distract you from the enjoyment. Overall, it constantly reminds you how indescribably tiny we are. The settings in Space Engine were modified (star scale, star overbright and planet shine). This is to improve the visibility of a large scale of stars in the stimulation.
