I PROMISE TO DEBUNK YOUR HYPOTHESIS IN LESS THAN A COUPLE OF HOURS WITH AN EXPERIMENT YOU CAN PERFORM
All you need is a weather balloon and either hydrogen or helium you can get all this at a hobby or balloon sore and while you're there pick up a cheap camera to attach to the weather balloon and set to record and release

Take a 12 hour non stop flight from Santiago de Chile to Auckland New Zealand.
Try doing that on your flat Earth. It would take 2 1/2 days and it sure as heck won't be non stop.
