In Part One of this presentation, Dr. Michael Clarage, a scientist on the SAFIRE Project team, proposed an entirely new way of seeing our solar system, based on the principles of electrical engineering. In Part Two, Dr. Clarage further elaborates the idea of the solar system as a center-core electrical transformer and explains the results from initial experiments to actually build such a transformer. Our galactic system is powered just as our solar system is so "lighted." Indeed, the spiraling Birkeland currents, heading towards, attracted to the central current-sheath, are evident in the suns formed in the spiral arms of the galaxy. Planets are locked in orbit electro-magnetically, you should see seemingly equal charges this way, the experiment showed that. The experiment is using AC for the sun but I don't see it this way naturally. Generally the sun is much closer to DC pushing out power constant rate. The "AC" aspect of it is internal/or the AC aspect is more closely linked to the push or pull from the galactic center. Once the sun reaches its Aphelion from the galactic center we should feel a rush of wind as it's sucked back towards it. Somewhere between the drifting out and the pulled back there should be a lull. Think of the pause between your breaths. This is the true AC of the universe.

"Just me moving around the room would cause large changes in the voltages". How's it feel to be a comet? The equalized voltages between the windings are an equilibrium, that you "perturbed". Run an arcing line in a perihelionic pattern and pulse it. Do it room size.
