Like us on Facebook: http://facebook.com/DeepAstronomy Many Space Fans have been asking for more information about black holes, specifically, what would it be like to go inside one? Andrew Hamilton of the University of Colorado made this amazing animation and I wrote a script around it. http://casa.colorado.edu/~ajsh/ MUSIC USED: Touch the sky: Iambic^2 Black Violin: Leonard J. wouldn't there be a black star in the center that spreads matter over it's surface and makes it sink to the core of intense heat building the gravitational pull more and more until it's mass crushes itself and ejects radiation in all directions?

The fabric of space packed THE BLACK HOLE like the spider the fly.

After you got out of the Black Hole. What's Happens next when you got out. Or when in space and time inside the black hole. You're in a different Universe???

not even light can escape .. crazy

So what its basically saying is......we will never be able to successfully make Time travel work :/

Can't these spam-advertising banner ads and clips be sent into a black hole?

Blackholes suck!
-
I think the singularity is either a huge ball of invisible mass, ever growing and becoming stronger, or it is nothing but the space where you stop and time slows down and the universe flashes before your eyes and then, the black hole collapses, taking you with it.

I suppose the funny thing is that all this could be totally wrong and nobody would ever be be able to prove it ? Don't flame me , it is just a thought.

This music is as incredible as the subject in question.

suck suck suck planets

But how can the gravitational pull in the singularity be INFINITE. It's widely accepted that it is infinite but here my doubt comes, if the gravitational pull is infinite then shouldn't it just suck the whole universe within a fraction of a second?! Because the pull if infinite, then 1cm away from the singularity, 100m away, 1000000 light years away, the pull should be infinite because the power of the pull in infinite. Infinite is not a simple term to use, if it's infinite then its effects should we everywhere(got my point right?). Since a black doesn't have enough power to suck the whole universe, the power of the singularity shouldn't be infinite.

I hope a black hole won't be our death anytime soon
