7 Things We Don't Know About Earth... From how it even works to where and how life began, to who picked the name "Earth"....these are 7 Things About Earth Science Just Can't Figure Out. Narration provided by JaM Advertising New Mexico www.tasteofjam.com Plate tectonics is the accepted theory that Earth's crust and upper mantle is made of large fragments which glide over the rest of the mantle, collectively forming a shell to protect us from the firey-death 60 kilometres beneath our feet - but as for what's below that, we're still working that out. By analysing sedimentary and volcanic rocks we can track changes in the Earth's magnetic field throughout our planet's history, and in doing so we've noticed some rather strange anomalies, one of which is occurring right now. The prediction of earthquake activity and volcanic eruption has improved significantly over the past century, but there are still many things we don't know about these devastating natural disasters which would really help us prepare for them in future, and that would mean we can quit making cheap-ass disaster movies where Morgan Freeman always seems to be President. It's a good job classy civilizations from antiquity were the ones who named our Solar System's planets. Mars was the Roman God of War, Jupiter the Roman God of Sky, and Uranus the Greek God of Heavens - but if they were all named today we'd call them Planet McPlanetyface, Ringy Ringerson and…and we'd probably keep Uranus because it's funny. If any 20th Century Fox producers are watching this we are not referring to those Ray Romano movies you keep making. You've done five already guys, that's enough, it's time for the Ice Age to end, Sid and Manny to go extinct and their corpses to start rotting into mush. Far likelier than a sudden ice age is an extreme global heat crisis, because today around 97% of climate scientists agree climate change is occurring; and 82% believe it is likely caused by the activities of man. But if you disagree with them that's fine, everyone's entitled to their opinion, however you will be forced to go sit in the special corner with Bobby Ray Simmons to discuss flat earth theories and how the moon is made of cheese.

So Frankenstein monster could have existed or been created or is possible? Number 5

Show me a picture of the flat-earth nobody ever has

What if our ancestors were actually from another planet which was destroyed due pollution or some apocalypse and they migrated here to start humankind from beginning...

BEWARE- This is a "Climate Change" brain wash !

Wave Theory ________________________________________This is an original theory written by Dantrell Sims about the truth in how the universe is designed. As of today scientist hold the belief of the big bang theory with says the universe started from a single point. My theory which has no flaws is that the universe is constructed of waves. The most relevant to us would be the time wave. Others would be the sound wave, the light wave, the heat wave, etc. Now the question of how the universe was created could be answered by finding out which wave came into existence first. Or could there be a wave that has always been there. The time wave perhaps. Perhaps that time wave had an infinite frequency range. If you could dial through time waves like you would fm radio waves maybe you could manipulate it? But seeing the universe in Wave Format let's us view our significance in a new light. We know matter is made up of vibrations. Waves. Light waves not existing would mean no life. Gravity waves would mean no life. No universe. These waves=Existence. More theories available for purchase. For college students and science magazines.

the new flat earth theory states that the earth looks round. it's a perceptional thing. it's complicated. blind sheep aren't going to even learn it, but they will bash it beforehand.

lmao this was priceless!!!!

You talk about data being twisted. Which is exactly what a lot of scientists have done as not to lose their government funding or grants.. Climate Change is a natural process, not man made. Maybe we don't help it, but we didn't create it..
-
That whole 97% of scientists believe in Climate Change is based on a faulty survey that was given out to the world's leading scientists and only like 15% of them actually filled it out and returned it.. So No, 97% of the world's scientists don't believe in Climate Change.

here are the 10 commandments for religious climatonians
1) count your farts 2) criticize climate atheists 3)become a vegetarian 4) support muslims 5) make fun and despise any other religion 6) all climate atheists are stupid, crazy and really belong in an asylum 7) live in a tiny house and use a bicycle 8) DO NOT BUY A CAR 9)be poor, don't have children 10)give up your freedom
and its all worth it because like that climate will stop to change! plus you will all get 72 virgins in heaven and if you are female you will become male in the afterlife! -
OK dude, now it's time to give us some REAL stuff😀

While there is a group of people who think Climate change is a myth, which it isn't its very real and possible, what a lot of smart people refer to is that right now there is no global warming crisis, in fact its speculated that global warming is slowing down the next ice age, unintentionally keeping our climate in a favorable condition, an ice age or other cooling would be terrible for us and a lot of life even if it is natural, and our probably man made global warming is currently helping keeping the climate in a while not perfect more favorable condition. There are of course other environmental hazards, like deforestation, animal extinction or contamination, issues that should take our full attention and effort, but global warming is not one of them.

to the global warming/climate change paranoia. look at the temperatures in the states now. they are not burning hot...

The thing that gives me comfort is knowing that the Earth WILL continue.
all of the damage we have created or could do won't kill the Earth it will only
change the environment that we live in and that we won't be living in it
all that much longer. Taking everything now simply means that your
grandchildren will live a a world less suited to humans. We aren't harming the Earth
as much as making it less livable for are descendants in the future.
We were a blip in the life of the planet and in a million years there will be nothing to show we were ever here.
I'm fairly confident that the Earth will be grateful when we are gone.
