25 Strange Things About The Universe
About | Information | History | Online | Facts | Discovery
The universe we live in is a pretty remarkable place. And yet, we've only scratched its surface. From black holes thousands of times the mass of our Sun to galaxies crashing together in violent collisions, we live in an active and exciting universe. In this list, we've dug up plenty of the lesser-known facts and phenomena in the universe (strange things about the universe if you will). What unites them all is that they are generally unexpected or surprising. And most you've probably never even heard of. For instance, did you know it can take 100,000 Earth years for light to move from the core of the Sun to its surface? Or how about that it would take 74,000 Earth years to reach our next closest star? Or how about the possibility of an extraterrestrial radio transmission in 2012? Whether you're a space junkie or just a science fiction fan, there's plenty on this list of strange things about the universe to capture your interest. From the temperature of the Sun to the origin of comets to the music soundtrack humanity sent out to the stars in case other lifeforms find our space probes, put on your spacesuit and blast into these 25 Strange Things About the Universe. there is white hole on otherside of black hole

I look forward to the day when technological devices will be purely made of gaseous or plasmoid matter.

This may sound backwards or strange...
But if you wanted too be noticed in the "OMNI-REALITY" or "MULTIVERSE/REALITY BORDERS..."...
"You would need too be less significant..."
What I mean is this,
You will only be noticed or "PICKED UP BY SOMEONE ELSE"...If you are something floating around the universe that is "NOT NOTICEABLE"...
I'll explain...
If you see something all the time..."YOU DON'T NOTICE IT AFTER A WHILE".
If you see something you have never seen..."YOU LOOK!"
Top minds would work the opposite of that but the same...
If there is something so not noticeable it is something you have seen...or something made blatantly different from any other space ship or thing Aliens mat have encountered before...
Or...if it is so hard too spot it can't be...because nothing else supports it's being there...
Then you are a target for a much more evolved lifeforms mind too pick up, trace and look at.
So we should build something that not only shows ourselves, but that looks...and sounds...and feels...so out of the ordinary...."YOU COULDN'T MISS IT!"
Scientists are pretty much doing that already by making signals that they think might be noticed.
Aliens will definetly be interested in something that makes up less than nothing of what they know...
"If we can invent something they have never thought of, we can get their attention!">>>
If we haven't already, cos I'm sure although they would be more interested in an anomaly than another ancient race setting of an ancient nuke of crap power compared to them.
And in their timeline we are already dead because they see us from billions of light years away!
Same thing with them they would already be dead too, but they can travel too us and we can't travel to them in time enough too see them alive... "CONFUSING¬!!!"
I suppose the bottom line is this, "WE COULD GET ALIENS ATTENTION IF WE WANTED...BUT THEY ARE DEFO ALREAY HERE IF THEY EXIST!!!" -
what if light doesn't move but we move around it ???

Today I learned the sun is 333,000 times more voluptuous than our planet.

What if the parallel universe is actually the anti verse that u said at the end of ur program

so it says that black holes engulfs all matter that comes near it. scientists doesn't really know where matter was created from. do you think black holes are anti matter? they are anti matter that they just alter their own existence by re sending their engulfed matter to the other side of the universe? I mean we don't really know what's on the other side of the universe anyway or what is inside the black hole. but if you can assume, would that be possible?

There are five known phases, or states, of matter: solids, liquids, gases, plasma and Bose-Einstein condensates. The main difference in the structures of each state is in the densities of the particles.

yes they've answered the question about the Starburst Galaxy messier whatevers radio signal. being that the consistency of lightning on an exoplanet produced plasma bursts which sent radio wave signals . answer for number 01 if I am correct in my hypothesis .

That first picture is not the sun.

The last picture kinda looks like a butterfly.

#26 ...... there's a black hole between your mothers legs, it sucks anything that comes near it

Check out project starshot, supposedly we will be able to send out these modified probes to the nearest sun within 16 years i believe it was. They will travel at the speed of light and yeah it sounds pretty exciting. This project is still in the works so who knows if it will really go through or not.

it actually takes 8minutes 20secs for the suns light to reach us

It makes me kinda sad thinking about all the stuff we'll miss in the future because we're not alive :/
